Priscilla Martin is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Vervint since March 2020, Priscilla has previously held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at Wolverine World Wide, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a 500+ server environment and handling Office 365, SharePoint, Citrix, VMware, and backup administration. Priscilla's career also includes experience as a System Administrator at Grand Valley Metro Council/REGIS Agency, overseeing both small and large server environments, and providing tech support at The Iserv Company. Priscilla began their career in customer service at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, demonstrating a diverse skill set from technical IT support to hospitality management. Priscilla earned a BBA in Computer Science/Networking from Davenport University and a BA in Geography/Travel & Tourism from Western Michigan University.
