Casper Verwiel

Casper Verwiel is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment sectors. As the owner of Verwiel en Wijngaard since January 1992, Casper has led the company in managing large-scale personnel projects within the hospitality industry, maintaining a pool of approximately 1,200 employees for around 90 regular clients. In addition, Casper has operated Poolmanager since January 1998, providing a software solution for the planning and management of flexible staff across various sectors, including hospitality and production industries. Since November 2018, Casper has also been the owner of MyAmbassador, a recruitment solution designed to attract qualified personnel in a tight labor market by leveraging employees as company ambassadors. Education includes studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1986 to 1996 and Dr. Mollercollege from 1984 to 1986.
