Carsten Wierwille is a seasoned leader in product development and design, holding the position of VP of Product & Design at HTEC and CEO of Momentum Design Lab, an HTEC company, since July 2024. Carsten is also the CEO & Founder of Wierwille, assisting creative services businesses in scaling operations and client relations. As a Board Director at Very Good Ventures since May 2022, Wierwille contributes to a leading Flutter development team. Previously, Wierwille served as CEO of ustwo, where a successful transition to employee ownership was achieved, and held significant roles at Method, GlobalLogic, frog, R/GA, and Plumb Design. Wierwille earned an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Hamburg and also attended Indiana University Bloomington.
