Whitney Donaghy

Whitney Donaghy is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Resource Management at Very Good Ventures since July 2023. Previously, Whitney held various positions at frog from March 2018 to April 2023, culminating in the role of Director of Resource Management for frog North America. Earlier experience includes roles at R/GA from February 2014 to March 2018, where Whitney was a Group Resource Manager and Recruitment Operations Manager, among other positions. Whitney began career involvement at Perry Ellis International as a Marketing Operations Associate and worked at Bergdorf Goodman as an Operations Coordinator. Additional internship experiences include roles at All You Magazine and Bridal Guide Magazine. Whitney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of North Florida between 2004 and 2008.
