Josh Williams

Josh Williams is the co-founder and co-CEO of Very Great, a company that provides software development and consulting services. Josh has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, including investment banking, private equity, and venture capital.

Josh began their career as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers in May 2007. Josh was promoted to associate in September 2008 and worked on the private capital markets team until the firm's collapse in September 2008. Josh then joined Barclays Capital, where they worked on the private capital markets team from September 2008 to July 2013.

In August 2013, Josh left Barclays to co-found Very Great. Very Great has since grown to over 100 employees and has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US by Inc. magazine.

Josh Williams' educational career began with a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. After a few years of working, they decided to pursue their passion for food and enrolled in a Masters program at the Italian Culinary Institute. Josh is currently finishing up their schooling at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
