Adam Rubatt

Adam Rubatt has held various roles in the operations and engineering fields. Adam began in 2012 as a Corporate Development Intern at HUSCO International. In 2013 they became an E-Commerce Operations Intern at Kohl's Department Stores. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Kohl's, progressing from Operations Manager II to Production Control Manager, Industrial Engineer - E-commerce Fulfillment Center, and Operations Planning Executive. In 2020, they moved to Veryable, where they held the roles of Manager and then Director of Operations Intelligence.

Adam Rubatt attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
