Keon Smith is an experienced aviation maintenance professional with a diverse background in both military and civilian roles. Having served in the United States Air Force from December 2020 to November 2023, Keon held various positions, including Maintenance Supervisor and F-16 Crew Chief, contributing to the safety and readiness of aircraft for critical missions. Following military service, Keon transitioned to Veryon as a Jr. Maintenance Programs Analyst and worked as a Data Analyst with Redhorse Corporation, focusing on maintenance optimization through the Conditions Based Maintenance (CBM+) Program. In addition to these roles, Keon has experience in IT support and aircraft interiors maintenance.
