Jessica Begley

Jessica Begley has over 17 years of work experience in various HR and organizational development roles. Jessica is currently serving as the Head of People at both Very and Peridio since 2021 and 2022 respectively. Prior to that, Jessica worked at Bloomingdale's for over a decade, serving as the Director of Talent Performance, Director of Human Resources, HRBP, Senior Manager of Omni Merchant Talent Development, Manager of Talent Development for Bloomingdales.com, and Manager of College Recruitment and Development. Additionally, they worked as a Selling Manager at Victoria's Secret and interned in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Camp Horizons and Human Resources Department at Select Medical Corporation. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated their expertise in performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and diversity initiatives.

Jessica Begley's education history includes a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Jessica also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Anthropology, and Human Resource Development from James Madison University. Furthermore, they participated in a study abroad program at University College Cork, focusing on Anthropology and Celtic Studies.
