Mitchel Haan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Mitchel started their career as an Assistant at Vibration Research Corporation in 2006 and later worked as a Volunteer at Jehovah Jireh Ministries from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they took on the role of Tech Assistant at Covenant Christian High School while also owning their own business, Haan Enterprises, from 2009 to 2013.

In 2011, Mitchel worked as an Engineering Intern at GE Aviation Systems before joining them as a Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016. Mitchel then worked as an Embedded Developer at Modustri in 2016 and as a Consulting Software Engineer at Clean Logix LLC for a brief period in 2017.

Mitchel joined Blue Medora in 2017, first as a Software Engineer until 2018, and later as a Senior Software Engineer until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Very. Currently, Mitchel holds the position of Lead Embedded Software Engineer at Very, where they collaborate with clients to develop systems for different industries such as smart manufacturing, smart energy & utilities, consumer electronics, and connected wellness.

From 2008 to 2012, Mitchel Haan attended Western Michigan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering.
