Ryan Sandidge

Ryan Sandidge has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan is currently employed at Very, a fully-distributed IoT engineering firm, where they hold the role of Senior Technical Program Manager. At Very, Ryan collaborates with clients to develop systems for smart manufacturing, smart energy & utilities, consumer electronics, and connected wellness.

Prior to their current position, Ryan worked at Unum, starting in 2017. During their tenure at Unum, they held several roles, including Director of Digital Offerings and Director of Operational Effectiveness. In these positions, Ryan was responsible for driving digital initiatives and ensuring operational efficiency within the company. Ryan also served as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects from September 2017 to June 2019.

Before joining Unum, Ryan gained experience at Spire Labs as the Director of Member Experience from March 2015 to September 2017. In this role, they focused on enhancing the overall experience for members of the organization.

Ryan's early career was spent at Bank of America, where they worked as a Process Design Consultant from June 2009 to March 2015. In this capacity, Ryan contributed to process improvement initiatives within the company.

Ryan Sandidge completed their education as follows:

- From 2013 to 2015, Ryan attended Penn State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Project Management.

- Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Covenant College.

- In their earlier years, from 2002 to 2005, Ryan attended Dacula High School.

- Before attending Dacula High School, from 2001 to 2002, Ryan was enrolled at Chattahoochee High School.

Additionally, Ryan obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management (PMP) from Penn State University in May 2014.
