Brian Hinkle

Brian Hinkle is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and site reliability. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Veson Nautical since August 2020, Brian previously held the position of Lead Site Reliability Engineer at OCC, where responsibilities included leading efforts to transition core applications to cloud-native microservices. Brian also has significant experience from Eze Software Group, where contributions spanned roles from Associate Director of Site Reliability Engineering to Senior Systems Engineer, overseeing cloud infrastructure and system operations. Early career roles were at optionsXpress, focusing on maintaining trading platform performance and supporting systems engineering. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
