Richard Abrahams

Richard Abrahams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and management within the maritime and logistics industries. Currently serving as VP Design at Veson Nautical since July 2022, Richard previously held the VP Design position at Q88 LLC from July 2012, where significant accomplishments included opening the first European office and leading the Design and Product Management team. Richard conceptualized and developed Q88's commercial voyage management system, establishing its foundational design philosophy. Earlier career highlights include roles as IT Director at Heidmar Inc. focusing on database administration and system development, and Supply Chain Manager at Bitor under PDVSA, where Richard implemented network solutions. Richard's career began at BP, where various roles encompassed supply chain operations and system design. Richard holds degrees from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and the University of Birmingham in Mechanical Engineering and Management.
