Jane Zhou

Jane Zhou began their work experience in 2013 as a Personal Assistant to a Sales Agent at RT Edgar. Jane then transitioned to Deloitte Australia, where they worked as an Analyst in the Business Modelling and Treasury & Capital Markets Advisory roles from 2015 to 2018. Following that, they joined EY as a Senior Consultant - Mergers & Acquisitions, providing strategic advice and managing transaction processes for various sectors. Jane then worked as an Analyst at Lazard from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the roles of Director and Associate at Vesparum Capital, where they provide professional services and expertise in equity capital raising for high-growth companies.

Jane Zhou attended the Methodist Ladies' College from 1999 to 2011. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.

After completing their high school education, Jane Zhou enrolled at the University of Melbourne from 2012 to 2014. Jane obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Jane Zhou obtained a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) from the REIV in February 2014. Jane also became a Chartered Accountant through the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in October 2020.
