Cassie Yu

Cassie Yu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the VP, Head of Structured Finance at Vesper Energy since March 2025. Previous roles include Director of Project Finance at Renewable Properties and VP of Project Finance at Swell Energy, along with a strong foundation in M&A transactions at RWE Renewables and sPower. Early in the career, Cassie held positions in corporate finance and project control at Calpine, Schlumberger Business Consulting, and Black & Veatch.
