Lauren Lehmkuhl is a nutritional coach at Vessel. Prior to their current position, Lauren was a patient-tech coordinator at North County Family Chiropractic from October 2020 to December 2021. In this role, Lauren was responsible for greeting and checking in patients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, and taking payments. Lauren also assisted the doctors and worked 1-on-1 with patients as an Exam Technician. In addition, Lauren coordinated connection and education opportunities including live events, talks, and office promotions. Lauren also managed social media for the company.
Before their time at North County Family Chiropractic, Lauren was a 6th grade English teacher at Marmara Schools Wichai Wittaya English Program from October 2017 to April 2019. As a 6th grade English teacher, Lauren created all lesson plans to incorporate a variety of grammar, writing, reading, oral, drama, and project-based classes. Lauren also drafted all exams and quizzes based off class teaching and textbook curriculum. Furthermore, Lauren helped manage special activities including the Spelling Bee, International Day, Speech Competition, and wrote and directed multiple English based plays.
In addition to their work in patient care and education, Lauren has also done nutrition-related consulting and support for DialedIn Solutions and Better Brains Inc. from December 2019 to September 2020.
Lauren Lehmkuhl obtained their Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. Lauren also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In addition, Lauren is certified in Permaculture Design from Rancho Mastatal and in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from TEFL Heaven. Lauren also has a ServSafe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association and a Substitute Teacher certification from the San Diego County Office of Education.
