Megan Van Aken

Megan Van Aken has worked as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager at Vessl™ since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Assistant and Editor at Chef Koochooloo starting in August 2021. In this role, Megan was responsible for various content-related tasks, including drafting query letters, grants, lesson-based recipes, and editing children's books, blog posts, and memoirs. Megan also managed and motivated a team of both paid and unpaid members. Before Chef Koochooloo, they worked as a Travel Writer for Bella Vista Hotel & Studios from November 2018 to November 2019. In this role, Megan planned, drafted, edited, and proofread content for the hotel's website, blog, and social media. Megan also created informative content for guests about the hotel's history and the surrounding area. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Writer and Social Media Manager at KGI Design Group from May 2015 to September 2018. Megan's earliest work experience was as a General Secretary at A1 Security Systems from September 2011 to September 2015.

Megan Van Aken attended Susquehanna University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing.
