Brian Wood, CAM, CAPS, serves as the Vice President of Property Management at VEST Residential since October 2019, demonstrating a robust career in property management with progressive responsibilities including Director of Property Management and Regional Property Manager. Previous experiences include key positions at Greystar from June 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed management of boutique apartment communities and operational oversight of large multi-site properties. Prior internships at Virginia Tech Foundation, KETTLER, and Camden Property Trust laid the groundwork for expertise in leasing and property management. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management from Virginia Tech, awarded in 2013.
