Melissa Menjivar is a seasoned property management professional with significant experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Property Manager and previously as Assistant Property Manager at FCA Management LLC since November 2022, Melissa has held multiple positions that demonstrate a strong career progression, including Multi-site Assistant Community Manager at Related Companies and several Assistant Community Manager roles at CARROLL, Drucker + Falk, LLC, and Kenney Realty Services.
