Samantha Richway serves as a Senior Regional Marketing Manager at VEST Residential since January 2021, where responsibilities include collaboration with over 30 properties across six states to enhance exposure and drive success, alongside managing social media marketing and customer satisfaction efforts. Previously, Samantha held various roles at Metropolitan Management Corporation from November 2012 to June 2018, starting as an Assistant Property Manager assisting in daily operations and employee training, and advancing to Property Manager to lead the takeover of a newly purchased residential property while focusing on occupancy trends and budget performance.
