Randy May has over 30 years of extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, primarily within the screen printing and ink production sectors. Currently serving as Assembly Lead at Vesta Inc. since November 2010, Randy has demonstrated leadership and efficiency improvements throughout their career, including notable roles at Serigraph Inc. where responsibilities ranged from Manufacturing Supervisor to Automotive Inspection Supervisor. Achievements include the implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory to reduce material waiting times by 50% and the design of inline inspection cells that enhanced quality productivity by 25%.
