V. Rao Dumpeti is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product development and engineering across various sectors. As a Co-Founder, CTO, and Marketplace Operations leader at Vesta Equity, and previously as Co-Founder and Fractional CTO at MakeMe, V. Rao has a strong entrepreneurial background. V. Rao also served in significant roles including Head of Product and Engineering for Growth and Core Platforms at Justworks, Head of Engineering for Growth and New Verticals at CLEAR, and Director of Engineering at WeWork, focusing on Real Estate and Development Technology. Academia includes an ACE – Executive Education in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
