Katherine Sanchez

Katherine Sanchez is a versatile professional with extensive experience in category specialization, layout and design editing, and customer service. Currently serving as a Category Specialist for Vesta Foodservice and LA&SF Specialty, Katherine focuses on internal and external sales support, product development, and launches for non-produce categories. Additionally, as Layout and Design Editor for Fifth Wednesday Journal, Katherine manages poetry submissions, proofreading, and overall journal design using Adobe InDesign. Previous roles include Lead Cheese Specialist and Cheese Specialist at Mariano's, where Katherine oversaw department operations and training, and Writing Consultant at Columbia College Chicago Learning Studio, providing guidance on student writing.
