Natalya Kulagina

Natalya Kulagina is an accomplished logistics professional currently serving as the General Director for Kazakhstan at VESTA Logistic Company since August 2014, overseeing nine branches. Kulagina also contributes to the industry as a Council member of WiLAT Central Asia and has been involved with The Heavy Lift Group as an executive committee member since August 2021. In addition to practical experience, Kulagina has been a lecturer in Logistics at Kazakh-German University from February 2017 to March 2024. Previously, Kulagina held the position of Managing Director for Kazakhstan at M&M Militzer & Muench International Holding AG and General Manager of Road Transport at Globalink. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Logistics from Kazakh-German University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages.
