Grigory Pekarsky is a highly accomplished real estate professional who has held various positions of responsibility and leadership in the industry. Grigory is currently the managing broker and co-owner of Vesta Preferred Realty, and they also serve as co-lead of the company.

Pekarsky began their career in real estate with the Chicago Association of REALTORS Young Professional Network, where they served as a board member for three years. During their tenure, they were recognized as an outstanding leader in the Chicago real estate community, winning the prestigious Presidents Award in 2011. Grigory was also honored by the National Association of REALTORS as part of their 30 under 30 class of 2012.

After leaving the Chicago Association of REALTORS, Pekarsky took on a leadership role with Chicago Gateway Green, serving as associate board president for three years. In this role, they helped oversee the organization's greening and beautification efforts across Chicago.

Pekarsky then transitioned to their current role as broker/owner of Vesta Preferred Realty. Under their leadership, the company has become one of the most successful real estate firms in Chicago. Grigory is widely respected by their peers and clients alike, and they continue to be a driving force in the city's real estate market.

Grigory Pekarsky has a finance degree from Michigan State University and a bachelor's degree in finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Grigory is currently pursuing a career in entrepreneurship.
