Carlos Rapa is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Vestal Corporation since May 2022, Carlos oversees Data Analytics, Application Development, and IT Infrastructure teams, while focusing on innovative IT strategies for process optimization and operational excellence. Previously, Carlos held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Neighbors Credit Union, where strategic roadmaps were developed to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. Carlos began a career in IT as a Network Technician at Casino Queen Inc. and progressed to roles such as Network Administrator at WieseUSA and Web Application Designer at The ROHO Group, demonstrating a solid foundation in network operations, application development, and technical support. Carlos received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Computer Science from McKendree University.
