Juan Estupinan

Juan Estupinan joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in May of 2022. He has 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. Before that, Juan was the vice president of finance and accounting and controller at Aptinyx. Responsibilities included developing, executing, and overseeing the accounting and financial processes to support the company. In addition, he played a lead role in the company’s IPO in 2018. Before joining Aptinyx, Juan held positions of increasing responsibility at Durata Therapeutics and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Estupinan began his career at Deloitte. Juan has a B.A. with a concentration in finance and accounting from Indiana University, Fort Wayne, an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and earned his CPA in Indiana.
