Lilian Bacaoanu

Lilian Bacaoanu is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and vendor relations. Currently serving as a Senior Purchaser at Vestas Aircoil since December 2011, Lilian specializes in supplier analysis, strategy development, and contract negotiations for raw materials and outsourced services, with a keen focus on price monitoring. Prior to this role, Lilian worked as a Purchasing Analyst at Metabras, where responsibilities included supply optimization, supplier evaluation, and cost reduction initiatives. Lilian began the procurement career as a Purchasing Specialist at IAME, managing the supply of raw materials for electric motor manufacturing.
