Tom Pagaard

Tom Pagaard has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Tom is currently working at Vestas aircoil as the Group Finance Director since July 2023. Prior to this, they held positions as Finance Manager and Financial Controller within the same company.

Before joining Vestas aircoil, Tom worked at the Royal Danish Embassy from May 2017 to June 2019 as the Head of Virtual Finance Team and Head of Administration. Tom was also the Team Lead for the Accounting Team China from May 2016 to August 2017.

Tom's work experience also includes being a Research Associate at the University of Southern Denmark from April 2015 to April 2016 and serving as the CFO deputy at Gram Equipment A/S from December 2013 to April 2015.

Tom started their career at EY in September 1999 as an Audit Manager, where they gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and tax. Tom worked at EY, then known as KPMG, until November 2013.

Additionally, Tom worked at Fakta as an Assistent from August 1997 to August 1999, and at Grindsted Skomager og Nøgle Service as a Butiksassistent from August 1995 to August 1998, where they were responsible for managing the shop's operations on weekends.

Tom Pagaard started their education in 1986 at Søndre Skole, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. Tom then attended Grindsted Erhvervsskole from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained an HHx degree in Accounting and Business. Finally, from 1999 to 2009, they attended Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, earning a Master of Economics and Business Administration degree with a specialization in Audit, Accounting, and Tax.
