Henry Rosicky has over two decades of experience in financial and engineering roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Financial Controller, Project Manager, and Senior Analyst at Vestas since August 2007, Henry has successfully implemented cloud-based Workday Adaptive Planning for a $700 million service business, led global financial controls redesign projects, and enhanced wind turbine maintenance processes. Previously, Henry worked at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, managing key OEM accounts and leading quality assurance efforts, including ISO-9000 certifications, during a transformative period following the acquisition of Williams Controls. Additional experience includes designing tooling and process improvements at Axiom Electronics and previous manufacturing engineering roles at Midcom Inc. and Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Henry holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering and Economics from Virginia Tech.
