Ken Kaser

Ken Kaser is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Head (COO) of Blades at Siemens Gamesa since June 2015, Ken Kaser leads the complete blade supply chain including manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and procurement. Ken Kaser's prior roles include Head (SVP) of Operations for Offshore and Head (VP) of Global Blades at Siemens Gamesa, where significant organizational turnarounds and improvements in manufacturing efficiency were achieved. Previously, Ken Kaser held positions at Brookfield Renewable Energy Group as Regional COO, Modular Wind Energy as SVP of Commercial Operations, LM Wind Power as VP of Quality and VP of Manufacturing, and GE as Global Services Leader. Ken Kaser holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
