Mahantesh Biradar

Mahantesh Biradar is a Project Manager at Vestas since March 2023, contributing to sustainable energy solutions through the design, manufacture, installation, and servicing of wind turbines globally. Prior experience includes a tenure at EagleBurgmann as a Project Engineer from October 2014 to March 2023, where Mahantesh managed medium to complex projects using the internal Stage-Gate project model and PRINCE2 methodology. Mahantesh also served as a Design Engineer, enhancing metal expansion joint designs and improving customer response times. Earlier experience as a Maintenance Engineer at JSW Steel provided insights into operations within one of India's largest steel plants. Mahantesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Vijayapur, alongside project leadership training completed in June 2023.
