Sinué Salgado

Sinué Salgado is currently the Head of Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Vestas, where they define and implement DEIB strategies that promote inclusive leadership and collaboration across multiple regions. With a Ph.D. in psychology and experience in various consultancy roles, Sinué has developed a strong profile at the intersection of business and psychology, focusing on creating inclusive cultures within organizations. Prior to Vestas, they served as a Senior Consultant at the Living Institute, co-developing tools to evaluate diversity and inclusion initiatives. Sinué's academic background includes a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences, a Master's in Cognitive Sciences, and a Doctorate in Psychology from Aarhus University.
