Steve Ochsner is currently the Regional Head of Production Engineering, Technical Support, and Quality at Vestas. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, they have expertise in mixed model factory development and a proven track record in driving operational excellence through Lean manufacturing principles. Steve has held various leadership roles, including General Manager and Director of Operations, where they successfully managed multi-million dollar revenues and led cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Known for their strategic approach to cost reduction and quality assurance, Steve is recognized for building highly productive teams and executing large-scale Lean projects.
