Tom Marshall serves as the Lead Legal Counsel at Vestas since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in legal practice, particularly in contract management and corporate law. Prior roles include Corporate Counsel at Vestas, Associate Attorney at Troutman Pepper and Troutman Sanders LLP, and Service and Commercial Contracts Specialist at Vestas, where Tom managed North America contracts focusing on compliance and performance. Additional experience includes legal internships at the Port of Portland, Smarsh, and TriMet, as well as a research assistantship at the University of Oregon. Tom holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Redlands.
