Jesse Maas

Jesse Maas is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate advisory and M&A. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel (Lead Expert) at Van Lanschot Kempen since October 2024, Jesse specializes in investment banking clients and treasury/M&A. Previously, Jesse held the position of Senior Associate and Candidate Civil Law Notary at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from November 2018 to October 2024, focusing on corporate advisory and M&A matters, and also served as Associate in the same field. Earlier in the career, Jesse was the Quaestor/Treasurer at N.S.V. Nota Bene from September 2016 to September 2017. Jesse completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Notarial Law at Radboud University, with studies spanning from 2013 to 2018.
