The Equity and Valuations Team at Vestd is responsible for conducting detailed business valuations to assist startups, scaleups, and SMEs in establishing fair and effective share schemes. This team provides expert consultation on equity distribution, ensuring that all contributors receive their deserved stake in the company's success. They also support the digitization of existing share schemes and guide clients through regulatory processes such as SEIS and EIS advance assurance.
