Chris Worrall has extensive work experience in commercial planning and management. Chris started their career in 1997 at Argos as a Customer Manager, where they independently analyzed customer complaints and created the Spare Parts function. In 1998, they joined Toshiba Information Systems (UK) Ltd. as a Commercial Business Analyst, responsible for P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Chris worked in this role until 2016.

In 2017, Chris joined Vestel UK Ltd. as the European Commercial Manager for Toshiba TV. Chris was responsible for opening the Toshiba business unit and achieving £100m in revenue by the end of year 2. Chris designed and implemented commercial control, planning, and management processes, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margin control. Chris also managed a team of 4 and oversaw operations in the UK, Nordics, Benelux, and Central Eastern Europe.

In 2018, Chris was promoted to Head of Commercial Planning at Vestel UK Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for yearly budgeting, monthly forecasting, and providing commercial oversight for a £350m annual revenue across 4 business units. Chris managed a team of 2 analysts and served as a business partner, advising the senior management team on strategic planning.

Chris Worrall has a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997.
