Else Blom

Else Blom has a diverse career in cultural management and education, currently serving as the Director for Culture, Regional Identity, Sports, and Volunteering at Vestfold og Telemark fylkeskommune since January 2020. Previously, Else Blom held various roles at Vestfold fylkeskommune, including Cultural and Sports Chief and Advisor for Competence Development. Else Blom's experience also includes leadership positions at NORSK KULTURFORUM, as well as managing cultural dissemination and educational programs at Sandefjord kommune and Tjøme kommune. Educational qualifications encompass pedagogy from Universitetet i Oslo and Høgskolen i Vestfold, along with an Allmennlærerutdanning from Eik Lærerhøgskole.
