Amanda Penrod, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational management. Since November 2020, Amanda has served as the CEO and Founder of RFX Solutions. Additionally, Amanda has been a consultant and leadership coach with Proventus Strategies since 2006 and a member of VEST Amanda's since January 2022. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Orthopedic & Sports Medicine/Physicians Surgical Center from April 2015 to August 2019 and Executive Director at HCR ManorCare from July 2012 to April 2015. Amanda holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Management/Leadership and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Healthcare from Capella University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Mid-America Christian University.
