Constance Fraley

Constance Fraley possesses extensive experience across various industries, focusing on leadership, operations management, and education. Currently serving as a member of VEST since 2021, Fraley is dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. As an adjunct professor at both Francis Tuttle Technology Center and the University of Oklahoma, Fraley contributes to the academic community. Prior experience includes a chief of staff role at PETRA FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES, where strategic initiatives were facilitated to achieve organizational goals. Fraley also served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Oklahoma City, leveraging expertise in regulations and community needs. Previous positions as Senior Operations Manager at TBS Capital Funding and project management roles in construction further demonstrate diverse operational skills. Fraley holds an MBA from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a BS in Construction Management from Weber State University.
