Capt Vaibhav Pandey is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, sales, and team management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Vestian since February 2022, Vaibhav oversees the Sales and Operations for Integrated Facilities Management Services, leading a team of over 10,000 members. Previous roles include National Head of Business Development at Grace International, Business Head for Eat.Fit at Cure.Fit, and Chief Operating Officer at MonkeyBox FoodTech, where operations expanded significantly. Vaibhav has also held managerial positions at BHIVE Workspace, Ola, and GMR Group, along with serving as a Captain in the Indian Army, where leadership and operational responsibilities were key. Capt Vaibhav Pandey holds an MBA in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's Degree in Botany and Chemistry from the University of Lucknow.
