Steven J. Paramski

Steven J. Paramski has a diverse work experience in the real estate and financial industries. STEVEN is currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at Vestian, where they specialize in Capital Markets and Tenant Strategy. Previously, they held the role of Managing Director at Vestian as well, contributing to their comprehensive range of portfolio services for corporate occupiers. Prior to joining Vestian, Steven worked at Mohr Partners, Inc. as a Managing Director in Corporate Real Estate Advisory and Portfolio Management. Here, they provided customized portfolio management services to corporations and achieved exceptional results. STEVEN also gained experience as a Senior Analyst/Associate at Merrill Lynch in the Private Banking and Investment division.

Steven J. Paramski completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and Economics at Northwestern University from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Libertyville High School from 1999 to 2003 but did not obtain a degree or field of study. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as a Fellow from the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) in 2023, a North Carolina Real Estate License from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission in 2020, and an Illinois Real Estate License from the Illinois Department of Financial Regulation in 2008.
