Paul Kaiser

Paul Kaiser has diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Paul is currently the Co-Founder of VESTIGAS and The Consulting Academy Nairobi. Previously, they were the Co-Founder & MD of Innovent Construction, where they led the digital transformation of the construction industry. Paul also held the position of Director at Academy Consult München and served as Vorstand Kundenbetreuung. As a Leitender externer Berater at Murtfeldt Kunststoffe, they led a consulting project for the development of an online application in the high-performance plastics trade. Additionally, they worked as a Prozessberater at Grossmann Bau, focusing on digitalization and organizational adjustments. Paul gained international experience as an External Consultant at Roche Diagnostics Middle East, where they worked on employer branding and recruiting strategy in the South African market. Paul also served as the Head of Corporate Relations at The Consulting Academy Johannesburg. Before that, they worked as an External Marketing Consultant at Bube Concept GmbH and as an External Consultant at Microsoft.
