Geoff Soard

Geoff Soard has extensive experience in IT operations and management. Geoff is currently the Director of Global IT Operations at Vestis Corporation. Previously, they served as the Director of Global IT Services at Sage, where they successfully mobilized a global workforce during the pandemic and realigned support services for remote working. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Global ITSM/Operations at Graphic Packaging International, Inc., overseeing IT service management and operations for a global manufacturing company. Geoff also worked as a Senior Project Manager at EarthLink, an Operations Manager at TCA Holdings, the Director of Technology & E-Business at Skyline Fleet Management Systems, and a Service Delivery Manager at Sprint E-Solutions.

Geoff Soard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Psychology from Western Michigan University. Geoff also has a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their formal education, Geoff has obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, SOTP - Sarbanes-Oxley Trained Professional from Management and Strategy Institute, and PMP - Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute. Geoff also holds certifications in Cloud Computing Foundation, ISO/IEC 20000 - IT Service Management, ISO/IEC 27002 - Information Security Management, ITIL v3 Foundation, and Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean DFSS.
