Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & DE&I at Vestis Corporation, Jerry previously held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Engagement & Inclusion at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, Talent Management & Diversity at Essendant. Jerry is also the Founder and President of Banrich & Company, contributing to a rich background in human resources and talent management.
