Michael Rohrer

Michael Rohrer has a diverse range of work experience in the field of compensation. Michael most recently worked as the Director of Compensation at Vestis Corporation starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Compensation at RBC from July 2018 to March 2022. From November 2015 to June 2018, Michael worked at Bluestem Brands, Inc. as the Senior Compensation Analyst and Head of Compensation. Michael also served as a Compensation Business Partner at Xcel Energy from February 2011 to July 2015.

From 2008 to 2009, Michael Rohrer attended Metro State University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Political Science. Michael also holds additional certifications such as the Global Remuneration Professional from World at Work, obtained in 2014, and the Certified Compensation Professional, obtained in 2013.
