Paula Jones

Paula Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Paula started their career at Herbergers Distribution Center in 1993, where they held the position of Bulk Team Lead until 2000. Paula then worked at GMAC ResCap from 2000 to 2008, initially as a Benefits Analyst and later as an HR Service Delivery Team Lead. During their time at GMAC ResCap, Paula demonstrated expertise in benefits administration, project management, and compliance with benefit laws. In 2008, they joined both Checkpoint Systems Inc as a Benefit Analyst and RBC Wealth Management as a US Benefits & Wellness Manager. Paula spent three years at RBC Wealth Management before moving to Canadian Pacific Railway in 2011. At Canadian Pacific Railway, Paula held various roles, including Manager of Benefits and Wellness and Manager, US Benefits & Wellness. Most recently, they joined Vestis Corporation in 2022 as the Director of Benefits.

Paula Jones earned a Diploma from Technical High School in 1993. Paula went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University, graduating in 1997. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources, also at St. Cloud State University.
