Susan J. Sherman

Susan J. Sherman, Ed.D., serves as the Customer Service & Sales Coordinator for National Accounts at Vestis Corporation since June 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and consulting with sales teams to align customer commitments with company capabilities. Previously, Susan held adjunct faculty positions at Cambridge College Global and New England College of Business, teaching a variety of business and finance courses while contributing to curriculum development. With a robust background in operations as Vice President at Boston Financial Data Services, Susan directed financial processing and customer service functions and developed training solutions. Susan's academic credentials include an Ed.D. in Education - Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, along with a Master's in Education and a Master's in Business Management.
