Ananya Balaram joined Vestmark in 2008 and is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), responsible for all revenue generation, expansion, retention and related activities. He leads the firm’s sales, relationship management and client solutions teams.
Ananya’s Vestmark journey began as a relationship manager working with Vestmark’s largest clients in a consultative fashion to understand their vision and deliver on their needs. He led the relationship management and client solutions teams until 2020, when he was named EVP of Sales for the firm. His industry, client and product expertise, strong leadership skills, and penchant for creativity have resulted in his progression to his current role.
Prior to joining Vestmark, Ananya was on the overlay management team at Morgan Stanley, responsible for one of the largest unified managed account products in the industry.
Ananya holds a B.A. from Oberlin College, where he played on the varsity tennis team and majored in Mathematics and Economics.
