Chris Lyons

Chris Lyons has a diverse work experience with a focus on training and education. Chris currently holds the position of Vice President of Training and Education at Vestmark, where they lead a team of trainers and writers and provides training vision for the company. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Training and Education at Vestmark, responsible for client and new employee onboarding, as well as developing and executing client training programs.

Before joining Vestmark, Chris worked as a Senior Technical Instructor at HP Vertica, where they were responsible for developing and updating course curriculums. Chris also served as a Client Training Manager at Kiva Systems (a subsidiary of Amazon.com), where they planned, developed, and executed client training programs.

Chris also has experience in training program development at EBI Consulting and TheNextRound, Inc. Additionally, they have worked as a Staff Development Consultant at OneBeacon Insurance, a Senior Information Systems Trainer at DST International, a Senior Trainer at Sun Life Financial, and a Training Assistant at National Financial.

Chris Lyons earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in 1993. In addition, Chris has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Top 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership," "Elearning Tips," "20 Questions to Improve Learning at Your Organization," "Creating a Culture of Learning," "Motivating Your Team to Learn," and "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience."
